Insurance
We are not providers on any insurance panels and do not accept insurance
payments. We cannot enter into contracts with insurance companies.
Unfortunately, most insurance companies do not cover the costs of
psychological testing. We will provide a bill that can be submitted to the
insurance carrier. Parents should not expect to be reimbursed for the cost of
the evaluation by their insurance plan.
Fees
The cost of a neuropsychological evaluation is between $2400-2600, depending on the age of the child. This fee includes the parent interview, testing of the child, a comprehensive report, and a follow-up session with the parents to discuss the test findings.

A deposit of $300 will be collected prior to scheduling the evaluation. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of the evaluation. This deposit is nonrefundable. We realize that unforeseen circumstances such as illness may arise. Should that occur then the evaluation will be rescheduled without the loss of the deposit.
No Surprise Act
The Federal No Surprises Act which went into effect on January 1, 2022,
protects clients from “surprise billing.” The law states that if an invoice is at
least $400 higher than the good faith estimate, clients can dispute the invoice
within 120 days. More information about the no Surprises Act can be found at
www.cms.gov/nosurprises. Given that we bill testing at a flat rate, there will be
no billing surprises.
